Just some thoughts I have that need to put on paper. Maybe they will make more sense then!
So have you ever read a devotion and got a chill while reading God's word? This morning one of my devotions talked about God calling you to take risks and then you could possibly fail. He may open every door for this opportunity to happen and then it fail. That chilled me for a moment. When we opened our business, we knew without a doubt that God was calling us here. We are in our 3rd year and to be honest, this has been the hardest year to date. Why? I remember when we were making nothing (seriously it was like $900-$1000 a month and that was a good month), Eric was delivering pizza's and we were so happy. You know what? I think *I* have lost some faith & trust in the Lord. I think I was depending on home warranty companies and weather to provide. That's God's job. I think maybe I got a taste of the "good" life and bought into it. Of course that is the worlds view of the good life, not God's. After seeing this in writing, wow! I need my child like faith back!
Don't you hate when you have to apologize face to face? I betrayed a trust the other day just to be spiteful. I need to apologize. Ugh. The person I must apologize to doesn't do email or text so it will have to be verbal. God has a way of humbling us huh?
After writing all this down, I feel better. Hey, if you read this, you are a good friend. If you commented, you are an even better friend! Have a good one!

#1. such a hard but important lesson to learn!!! learn it quickly....maybe then it will get hot again! ;)
#2. yes, i would set things straight. but i'm a pleaser and can't stand for people to not fully understand where i'm coming from. ESPECIALLY if i think they might be upset w/ me for one reason or another?!
#3. yes, it stinks to have to apologize to someone....especially in person. but it's been my experience that people are very gracious and you'll feel SO much better when you're done!
i enjoyed chatting at the tea. amy, you really have a lot to offer people! i'm glad that you are striving to keep your heart soft towards God. he will be able to use you (and already does) in so many ways! :)
Where is everyone getting the cute templates for their blogs? First Laura, now you!! Care to share? :)
Hey Aimee - I agree with Stacy (although I couldn't have said it nearly as well - thus another reason I don't blog!).
I'll be praying for some hot weather and wisdom and strength to talk to the folks you need to talk to.

Hey girl...I think everyone in the business our hubby's are in are having a tough time right now, especially if you are on your own. Keep your heads up and knees down! God WILL deliver.
Apologies are tough, even tougher face to face. Your heart will be lighter after doing so. My prayers are with you.
LOVE the new layout. Would love to get together one evening for a girls night of just doing nothing but talking.
