Answered Prayers

I have been praying about taking Andrew & Abi to the Newsboys concert. Andrew has been and loved it. Abi loves their music also. I have heard they put on a show you cannot forget and will want to see over and over. We were singing a Newsboys song in church this morning and just seeing Andrew's face, well, I was committed to pray even harder about God providing the money. We had decided not to go to the King Tut exhibit after hearing from a family who took their young children. So their was a bit of money in our vacation fund. Eric is ok with not going so I thought I would check with my (step) dad and see if he wanted to go. I got online and started looking for tickets. I found $13 seats! Eric and I agreed this was a go! Then we looked at the date. March 5th, 7:00. Andrew and Eric will be leaving on Saturday for Dad & Lad at 6:30. Hmmm...we cannot see that being a good combination. So God closed the door at the Newsboys concert. I feel such a peace! I have been praying that God would open or close the door on the King Tut exhibit and the concert. He clearly did this week. I am so thankful that God answers even our smallest prayers!
