Nanny’s Messy Cake
Box of yellow cake mix
1 box of instant vanilla pudding
Cook as directed with one extra egg in 2 of the circle pans
Icing(double this recipe)
1 c. sugar (tspn. Of flour mixed with it)
2 tbspn. Cocoa
stick of margarine
1 c. of milk
Stir until boils, then turn down
When cake is done, put a layer down, pour a bit of frosting in middle, then put top layer on top. Poke small holes in top layer then pour more frosting on. Make sure the frosting is hot! Reserve some frosting, heat it up, and serve with individual slices. It is simply divine!!
