From Beauty to Beast

Well at least in the eye.;-) Abi was poked in the eye the other night when leaving the Viewette Review. I am such a good mom and told her she would be just fine and to keep walking.

Speaking of the Viewette Review..here is Chelsea the night of her Saturday performance. She did very well! She was not fond of the outfit and lollipop but we thought she was adorable. ;-) She has decided not to try out for Viewettes because there is too much girl drama. She is considering taking from Ms. Tena, where Abi takes, just so she can enjoy dancing.


Eric is not feeling well so I took the kids for a short little drive this evening. They actually ended up driving me!

Chelsea is very close to getting her lisence. She can hardly stand it!

Andrew was prepared!

I let Andrew drive around a parking lot. He apparently thought we were on a ride at Six Flags and did very quick circles around it. He didn't last long behind the wheel.

And last but not least...My Anniversary present from my hubby!

Yesterday was our 12th anniversary. We stayed home from church and had home church with the kids. I love that because it sparks great discussion. The kids all helped make us lunch. Chelsea prepared steaks, Andrew made twice baked potatoes, and Abi baked cookies. It was fabulous! We had a great anniversary and it was wonderful to spend it with the kids!

*Note-please ignore how raggity my children look. They are all recovering (some still suffering a bit) from colds. Today was a down day. We picked Chels up at lunch so she could come home and rest mainly because TAKS is tomorrow. Dumb TAKS.
