I digress...This week we slept late. Very late. We ate. We played. We shopped. We visited friends. We visited Meme and Nanny. We went to the movies. We went to Chuck E Cheese. The kids rode 4-wheelers. Andrew played air soft. We watched TV. We may have cleaned house. Once. We went to the park. We had a girls night. We laughed. We bickered. We slept some more and ate some more. Overall, we relaxed. Ahhh... It's been needed. Life is bizarre at times after you adopt. It's hard to find your new normal. And while we are searching, I'm not going to go crazy nuts about school. Because my friend Amy Hood gave me permission not to.
Here are a few pics of our crazy life
Abi and I went to see "Honk Jr." So, so good.
Abi with her friend Katelyne F., the cutest little duckling ever.
Abi and Katie L. Katie is moving. Thinking about Katie moving makes us sad but we are praying for her and her family!
Chuck E Cheese with Laura and her littles. So much fun!
I love seeing my older kids have fun where a kid can be a kid, yet still help the little ones.
Girls Night at The Bridge.
Love these girls and their moms. Such a blessing to us! Abi and I love our friends
A cake from Memaw Pat
The kids declared it "the best ever!" I love seeing all their names on there!
A Fun afternoon in Tyler
Seeing the animals and visiting the old general store at the Brookshire's Museum, followed by a visit to Fresh.
I am off to do...something. I am sure that I could clean some more. But why ruin the end of such a great week? Tomorrow is church, a celebration of the day that Christopher decided to make his debut, and then "Once Upon A Time." Best. Show. Ever. besides Lost Maybe I will see why my dog is having bad dreams. Or maybe I will look up more vacations to take our poor little orphan boy on who's apparently done more than us (wha?!) or maybe I will lie in bed and read while watching a Netflix movie also. Oh yeah, new idea, Netbox!! Yep! Don't steal it!
Night friends!

Daniel Boone's is my grandmothers favortie place to eat in Tyler... I love it too. If you sign up for their texts you get coupons and Monday kids eat free, but as I type this I am realizing your kids are probably to old for that.
