Weird Random Facts

I was tagged by mom about 3 weeks ago and now I need to answer. I must tell 7 random things about myself and then tag some unsuspecting blog friends!

Seven Random Facts about Aimee:
-I am a history buff! I love to read about people in history. I enjoy looking at old buildings and homes and learn about the people who have lived there. It dawned on me about 2 yrs. ago and realized that the Bible was the ultimate History Book. I am really trying to install that into my children. BUT I cannot stand to antique shop. That is one of the most boring things in the world to me. I like to look at old things in a museum but do not ask me to antique shop.

-I love to read! I will read anything; fiction books, magazines, anything. I will tune out the entire world when I am reading. On an average, I read 2 books a week. I try to read every night before bed and I have been known to stay up until the wee hours to finish a good book that I started that afternoon.

-I have been friends with my best friend, Stacey, for 20 years! We met in 6th grade and have been through lots! She is the one who actually introduced me to Eric. Another crazy fact: Eric and her hubby, Jeff, have been friends for 25 years.

-I explain things waaaay to much.

-I am obsessive about my house being clean. I think that I spend about half of my time cleaning. I am forever on my family to just pick up after themselves. I will stay up late to make sure that dishes are done and the living room is picked up.

-I am the oldest of 4 and I share one parent with them. My sister Jessica(5 yrs. younger) and my brother Phillip (9 yrs. younger) are from my mom and stepdad. My brother Christopher (14 yrs. younger) is from my dad and stepmom. My parents have been divorced since I was one. If you ever refer to any of my siblings are my halfs, I will take you down and kick you. That is a horrible word. I only use step when referring to my parents just so I do not confuse people. When I say my parents, I could mean either set.

-I cannot stand for my ears to be dirty. I clean them every day. If your kids ears are dirty, I will clean them!
