Wow! That is even crazy for me! But I am not tired. Well, I am but I am too lazy to go get in the shower. So, let's rundown my day. It was a whirlwind!
The kids got up and were a bit under the weather. So was Eric. So, we attempted a bit of school but nah, wasn't working. They went to my mom's around 9:30 because I had a Dentist appt. They did school there and did it well! After my dentist appt. I decided that since my best friend Stacey and I both did not have kids at that moment we should have lunch. We met at Casa Ole and lingered for about an hour, ok, about 2 hours! The time flew by! My kids were still happy with my mom (they hadn't had meme time in quiet a while) so Stacey and I went to consignment shops. This was a first for Stacey! She was shocked at the great prices. I found another pair of jeans for Andrew for $6! After that I picked up my kids, came home and started trying all of Abi's new winter clothing on her. I had gone with my stepmom on Saturday to the consignment shops and done quiet well. We separated the clothes into the good and the bad piles then rushed off to dance. Which we were early to. Hmmm....I rushed home, tried Andrew's clothes on him, told him to quickly dress for Cub Scouts, fixed his dinner, and we were off to Liberty City for Scouts! Stacey had brought her son so we had yet another chance to visit in the car. We mostly played around with my phone since it has internet. Cuz I'm cool like that. And yeah, we are impressed by the little things in life! I had such a great time visiting with Stacey. I miss doing that. We have been best friends since 6th grade so we are pretty comfortable around each other. I needed that tonight. I needed someone to tell me if I was a mean person. She has no problem doing that. That's why she is the "best friend." After Scouts we came home, I grabbed a handful of popcorn for dinner, straightened Abi's room up, and put kiddos to bed. Whew! That was exhausting!
Tomorrow could possible be exhausting but nah, I don't want it to be. I need to go to the grocery store but I am awaiting a "decision" which will influence my shopping so I will possibly go Sunday. (I am hoping the decision will lean toward me not buying more groceries!!) We are going to go to Park day (Hey Kara! I'm bringing our chocolate!) and then to PE. Tomorrow night is Pizza and a Movie night! On Saturday I am supposed to be at a brunch at 9:30 and speak for a bit but that may not happen. I am praying that everything has blown over by Sat. night because Eric, Chelsea, and Abi have a Father/Daughter banquet. Pray!! Pray also for healing for our entire family. We have the best luck of being sick or having bad weather on vacation. I am praying for neither this time!
