I'm pretty sure we're going to send a book that we can "read" to him. We'll have someone translate on each page. Pictures and a letter for sure of our family identifying all of us. Pictures of his room, the dogs, the house. And maybe some candy for him to share along with something to sleep with at night. Not too much. ;-)
