Busy Day

Today was fun! I taught the 1st/2nd grade Science class. I had no clue what I was doing but thanks to the help of 2 wonderful women, we pulled it off! I think the class enjoyed it, even though one little boy reminded me that I was not a science teacher. We talked about our lungs and how they work. We sang and the kids did not use near as much lung power as I did. I was tired after 15 "la's"; they were not even tired after 30. Oh well. Abi learned about her stomach and wore a "tie of her insides" around. It was cute.

The kids had piano, then came home and played outside. Once they realized they were exhausted they came in to watch TV. We had a great small group tonight. All in all, a pretty good day.

I am starting a new project that coincides w/ Glory Babies. The siblings of the babies in Heaven always touch me. I have always wanted to do something for them but was unsure of what to do. I have prayed about it and "Beyond the Rainbow" has been born! I (or anyone who wants to donate) will purchase cute little furry animals to snuggle w/. They will go into a bag w/ a journal and cute pencil. Also included is the reason for the name. Once all the details are worked out, I will post pics. I am very excited about this! I also have my best friend helping me out now w/ some of the little housekeeping things in the group! I am thankful for her!!

I have pics to post from today but I am exhausted. Tomorrow is another fun busy day and I just want to go to bed. Oh, btw, Sophie is much better. She was eating and playing. Thank you for the prayers.
