Family Fun Night!

Tonight we started our official Wednesday "Family Fun Night!" Every other Wednesday we will be having a time to just be family, playing games, being silly, whatever, just NO TV! (the other Wed. is for small group.) Tonight we chose to play "Phase 10" We had to teach Abi and Andrew how to play. Andrew picked it right up and I think we now have a Phase 10 addict! Yay! I love that game and it will be great to have someone else to play with.

This was taken while doing dishes. Andrew has wanted to make "ear enhancers" so he can hear everything better. So voila! Here you go! Andrew's ear enhancers!

Eric is no fun! He's way to competitive! LOL He hates to lose. I do too but I hide it better. (like behind whining about how I never win!)

It turned into an entire family night when Chelsea called. She wanted us to come see her flag routine tonight at her grandmother's house. We went over there after playing one more round of Phase 10, and while we waited on some cookies to cook. It also worked out in our favor because we had a gift for her (the cookies) so we do not have to drive all the way to Spring Hill tomorrow to give it to her. I think she was a little sad about that because we all like gifts at school, but gas is so high right now! Anywho, her sisters were there and Andrew and Abi were so excited to see them.  There were hugs all around and lots of catching up. (with the girls, no one else!) Before we left, Emily wished on a dandelion. Her wish: That she could come back to Abi and Andrew's house this summer. *wipes a happy tear* Chelsea did great on her routine. She has only had three days to learn the group one so she is working very hard on that one. She is very excited because she has her one turn down, which I gather is important. Try outs are at 4:00 so say a little prayer if you remember. Try out day last year was such a fun day.  I can still see her face when I walked in the room. She was so happy I was there to be with her. I praise the Lord I have that day to pull from memory!

All the siblings

Chelsea trying to prove her daddy can still hold her. Eric said his back was about to break!

We have three things to do on Friday morning!! They are all important. Abi is going to try and go to Safety City for the 3rd time, (rain cancellations) my best friend needs a ride to her sons Track Day which she missed last year so she really doesn't need to miss this year, and my nephew is graduating from kindergarten! UGH! They are all one hour apart! I have no clue what to do! Any idea's??
