Since you are all on the edge of your seat...

with anticipation of what I have been doing for a week, I will now oblige you! ha! Well, apparently we have been busy. I will probably break it all down in a couple of posts.

Our biggest event last week was Six Flags on Thursday! It was homeschooling day and we have found that is the best day to go. The kids did great at school last week and we even did school before we left and in the car. We left around 9:00 and arrived at 11:30. We ran into the Hill's and told them a quick hello before we headed our separate ways. Abi took a picture with Sylvester, Daffy and Bugs but silly mom took video instead. (you can hear me saying, "Yay! We got it" in a goofy mommy voice. I will spare you all from that) We then ran to the rides! We met up with the Hill's again, then the Shaw's, and eventually Adriana and her crew.

Here is Abi with her buddy, excuse me...princess friend Madison.

And here is Andrew with his buddy Mack.

We stayed with everyone off and on. The kids were begging to leave by the end! They were very tired. We tried to get the kids to ride the shockwave but they both were screaming pretty loud so maybe next year. Adriana's son, Chandler, rode with me and loved it. He was the youngest of the group! But they did ride the Superman! Here's the video.(please ignore my "mom" noises!)

Oh yeah, it was the Kid's Superman!

We all left Six Flags around 5:45 and headed to Steak n Shake. I think we had a total of 25 people in our group! It was fun! I enjoyed my double patty hamburger, chili cheese fries, and big ole' chocolate shake. (Good thing I walked that morning before I left!) Overall, we had a great day. It may sound crazy, but it was almost relaxing. Eric and I do not go crazy running from ride to ride. We just kinda take it easy and end up where we end up. We know we are going back this summer so we will have a chance to ride more than. It would be nice to ride more "grown up" rides, but it's just not our season for that right now. Sorry there are not more pictures. Eric was carrying the bag and it was irritating for him to have to adjust everything for me to get the camera.
