I need to get my school plans together for next year. I really want to do this in complete solitude. I feel that is not asking too much since I home school the kids all year long. Right? ;-) I want to have at least the first month done before we start. After that, I can do every 2 weeks. That can be planned while the kids are in Awana's.
So, does anyone have a place of solitude to offer? *smiles* I really do not want to pay $100 for a hotel room but I am very tempted. If I am at home, I will not work diligently. I will look at the house, clean, talk on the phone. I just need a big bed to spread everything out on and a computer to look out. Eric and I talked last year and this is one thing he agreed that I do need. Just time to plan and pray. Pray that God will supply this!

if you call ywam, they have a "hotel" that is donation based. i went one year to get a two day "mom-refreshing" a couple years ago. it was very peaceful. dave called and planned it for me so i'm not sure who he talked to or what he asked for, and he's napping so i'll have to ask him later. i can't remember how much i "donated" but it was dirt cheap!
Steve agreed for me to do the same thing. Wanna do it together? Oh, I guess that kinds defeats the purpose huh??
If you contact the new Hampton Inn that they're finishing in Longview on 259-Ask to book the Hard Hat tour. You have to do it this week I believe, if you do the tour they will give you a coupon for a free Sunday night stay in their jacuzzi room.
